Pressure Washing

What to look for when selecting an ethical Pressure Washing company:

When selecting any contractor to do work on your home or commercial project you should select a company that:

  1. Shows you their business license before being asked.

  2. Shows you a copy of their insurance cover letter.

  3. Verify and actually call references.

  4. Ask how they handle problems and complaints.

  5. Get everything in writing, make sure what is in the contract is actually what is going tom be done.

  6. Never be pressured into making a decision today.

  7. In most cases it is impossible to determine the final cost of a project over the phone; in most cases the consumer is just being “low-balled”. It is wise to work with companies that take the time to give an in person estimate, therefore you will not be shocked at the final bill.

The important thing to understand about a pressure washer is to make sure that you are comfortable with the person you select.

What to avoid when selecting a business in this industry:

  1. A contractor that does not show you their business license. There are many companies that act like real businesses, but in reality they are not operating legally. Why reward them.

  2. A business that does not show you their insurance. If someone is injured on the job and is not insured the consumer may be liable. Why take that chance?

  3. Companies that play price games.

  4. Companies that will not provide you a detailed estimate.

  5. Companies that ask for excessive deposits.

  6. Companies that apply pressure.

  7. Companies that will not let you call customers. Most happy clients are happy to talk.

  8. You get what you pay for. If you want qualified and insured professionals, you may need to pay a little more, but in most cases it is money well spent.

  9. Companies that make guarantees that appear too good to be true.

After interviewing and running an extensive background check the National Association Against Consumer Fraud has awarded the following business a listing in The Business A-List:

WashWorks

Why WashWorks was offered the opportunity to be a Business A-List participant?

After spending time with Brantly and Ashley Adcock, the owners of WashWorks, it is obvious how important ethics is in building their business. Brantly is very hands on and is on site at every one of their jobs. Brantly has a tremendous amount of commercial and residential experience and after learning the industry it is very important to make sure that your property is pressure washed correctly.

Also, WashWorks does a tremendous amount of the little things that is above and beyond the industry norm with a tremendous attention to detail.
