When selecting any contractor to do
work on your next hardwood flooring project you
should select a contractor that:

Shows you their business license
before being asked.

insurance cover letter.

references.

that you are comfortable with the company that is
installing the floors. If a mistake is made the
warranty is null and void.

need to pay a little more, but in most cases it
is money well spent.

that appear too good to be true. Make sure that
the wood has time to cure, in many cases 16
days.

There is a tremendous amount of
bait and switch being played in this industry.

It can not be emphasized enough
to get the whole price. The yard per square foot
is VERY misleading.

Make sure it is installed
professionally as to manufacturer’s
specifications.
