  4. Look for a dentist that makes time for you. Are the dentists assistants with you more than the doctor is?

  5. Look for a dentist that makes you feel comfortable and spends time discussing your dental needs.

  6. Look for a dentist that will fully explains your options on all dental procedures you need.

  7. Make sure you receive a written estimate for your procedures before you have them done. Know what you're out of pocket expenses are after your insurance if you are insured.

  8. Be sure to observe the office during your visit. Dental offices should be clean, orderly and well organized.

  9. The doctor's staff should provide detailed information about pricing and payment plans before treatment is scheduled.

  7. If the dentist does not speak your language, is there someone available who can?

Dr. Mansour received his Bachelor of Science in 1990 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1997 at the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. After completion of his dental degree, he attended the Medical College of Ohio for one year in the General Practice Residency program.
