What to look for when selecting an ethical on-site Computer Networking, Repairs and Sales Company:

  1. Does the company have experience and a solid track record within the community?

  2. Does the company spend the time listening to your needs or do they spend most of the time selling their services? It’s important to select equipment that really fits your needs and budget whether it’s for your home or business.

  3. Does the business have a local physical address?

  4. Check to see how long the company has been in business.

  5. An ethical company will itemize everything in writing on company stationary including warranties on labor. Make sure you also get manufacturers warranties in writing.

  6. When repairs are needed, an ethical company in this industry will have a difficult time giving price quotes over the phone. An ethical company will try to determine your needs and offer you options without playing price games. Most quotes over the phone are probably going to be low ball numbers anyway.

  7. An ethical business will provide you references with phone numbers.

  8. It’s critical that if you let a company install software in your computer that you make sure it’s not pirated software. There are unethical companies out there that will give you low-ball prices on systems because the software is pirated. Make sure you can register the software and ask for the box and containers. Also register it in your name.

Please take the time to allow the representative to fully understand your needs and expectations for the system that you are interested in. Also, it is important to really understand the maintenance of the system. By purchasing through the right company you can save a tremendous amount of money and down time in the long run.

What to avoid when selecting a company in this industry: 

  1. Businesses that do not have an experienced local service staff.

  2. It is our recommendation not to purchase over the internet. You may save a few dollars up front, but repairs under warranty of the equipment may be a headache in the long run.

  3. It is also our recommendation to avoid national retail locations unless you question them about repairing your equipment. Many times their warranty for repairs requires shipping or they have the right to replace the equipment with refurbished equipment. Always do your due diligence on repair warranties.

  4. A business that does not have stability in the local market. Service and maintenance of the equipment is very important and should not be taken for granted.

  5. A business that plays price games and does not provide detailed estimates in writing.

  6. Companies that ask for cash payments.

  7. Companies that will not let you register your software that you purchased and provide the packaging it came in.

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hour appointments are also available. We have a one hour minimum and no travel charge throughout Seminole County and most of Orange County.
